Protect your sender reputation
from inside your CRM.
InboxIQ breaks down your email performance by provider, campaign, and contact — then automatically identifies disengaging contacts and writes engagement stages back to your CRM so you can act before reputation damage happens.

Breaks down engagement across every major recipient provider
You're sending emails blind.
Your CRM sends thousands of emails a day. It doesn't tell you who's disengaging, which campaigns and workflow steps are quietly destroying your sender reputation, or when to stop sending — until it's too late.
Actionable engagement intelligence
No auto-tagging of contacts by stage. No sunset policy enforcement.
Silent reputation damage
You find out weeks after engagement has already collapsed.
Which campaigns and workflow steps hurt reputation
Basic open/click with no per-provider breakdown, workflow-step detail or complaint attribution.
Who is disengaging
No way to identify cold contacts before they trigger spam complaints.
How each provider's recipients respond
Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo engagement is invisible in your CRM.
Domain authentication health
SPF, DKIM, DMARC scattered across DNS lookups instead of one dashboard.
Every signal you need to protect your sender reputation.
InboxIQ layers engagement intelligence on top of your CRM's native email, right inside the interface you already use — no separate login, no context switching.
Real-time analytics dashboard
Delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained — with week-over-week trends and human vs bot open separation.
Provider breakdown
See engagement performance broken down by Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud and more. Identify which providers your audience uses and where engagement is weakest.
Campaign & workflow attribution
Every campaign, bulk send and individual workflow step broken out separately with sortable, filterable data tables.
AI-powered insights
AI analyzes your sending patterns and surfaces plain-English recommendations — what's working, what's declining, and what to fix.
Engagement engine
Auto-classify contacts as Engaged, At Risk, Cooling Down or Cold. Writes stages back to CRM custom fields and tags.
Domain authentication monitor
SPF, DKIM and DMARC record validation in one view with pass/fail badges and misconfiguration alerts.
Suppressions management
Bounces, complaints, unsubscribes, whitelists — all in one place with export for list hygiene.
Week-over-week trends
Exportable campaign performance and long-range trend analysis — show clients their progress week over week.
Stop emailing contacts who are killing your reputation.
InboxIQ tracks how many emails each contact has received without responding, automatically classifies them into a lifecycle stage, and writes it back to your CRM as a custom field and tag — so you can build re-engagement and suppression workflows triggered by InboxIQ tags, with no manual list management.
- EngagedOpened or clicked inside your policy window.
- At RiskEngagement dropping, approaching sunset threshold.
- Cooling DownIn grace period — one last chance to re-engage.
- ColdPast grace period. Stop emailing to protect reputation.
InboxIQ won't sunset contacts you've stopped emailing. The engagement clock freezes when sends stop — so you're never penalized for contacts you already paused.
Configurable 30/60/90-day policy windows · 7–30 day grace periods · Learning mode on activation.
A full subscriber lifecycle & churn console — not just a stage tag.
The engagement engine decides who to keep emailing. The Lifecycle tab shows you why: where every contact came from, how long they stay engaged, which campaigns convert them, and the exact moment they start going dark.
Engagement tier distribution for every source and medium — see which channels bring contacts who actually open.
How each source converts contacts into buyers, average days to convert, and how many go dark.
The share of each monthly cohort still engaged at 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 days after their first email.
Weekly or monthly opt-in cohorts with median days to open and click, plus a trend badge against older cohorts.
Received → opened → clicked → booked → purchased, with the exact percentage lost at every step.
Delivery and engagement per campaign with attributed bookings, orders, and revenue — drill into top links.
Booking volume, show and no-show rates, rebooking behavior, and average days from email to booking.
The final campaign a contact received before they complained or went dark — the sends that precede churn.
Daily gains, losses, and net movement across your list so growth problems surface before they compound.
Search any contact by email for a full lifecycle timeline of delivers, opens, clicks, and tier changes.

Common questions
Does InboxIQ work with LC Email?
Yes. LC Email users get zero-config setup — install, authorize, and analytics start flowing immediately via real-time webhooks.
Do I need a Mailgun account?
Only if you send through Mailgun directly. Provide your API key and sending domain and InboxIQ pulls stats from Mailgun's Events and Stats APIs.
Where does the app live?
You buy your license here on our site, then install the app from the GHL Marketplace using your license key. It runs as a native embedded app inside your CRM — no separate login.
How does the engagement engine write back to my CRM?
InboxIQ updates a custom field on each contact and applies a tag such as "InboxIQ: At Risk" so you can build automations directly off engagement stage.
What happens if I stop sending to a contact?
The delivery gate freezes their engagement clock. Stages only advance while you're actually sending, so a contact can't drift to "At Risk" simply because your campaign paused. InboxIQ also counts how many emails each contact has received without responding, so the tracking reflects real behavior rather than elapsed time.
Is the app safe to install?
Yes. All API keys are stored AES-256 encrypted, the app is Marketplace-verified in GHL, and it uses OAuth scopes for LC Email.
Can agencies manage multiple clients?
Yes. The Agency License gives you a multi-location overview dashboard with per-location drill-down and aggregate reporting.
