Terms of Service

InboxIQ (“InboxIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an email deliverability and engagement analytics application that runs inside your CRM. It is operated by FunnelTechie. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of the InboxIQ website, dashboard, and connected application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You sign in to your account using a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for all activity that occurs under your session. If you believe your session has been compromised, sign out and request a new link. Sessions expire after a period of inactivity for your security.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when purchasing and to keep your contact email current.

InboxIQ is sold as two license types:

• Single sub-account license. Covers one CRM sub-account. You choose the sending provider flavor (LC Email or Mailgun) during setup, and the license is provisioned after that choice is made.
• Agency license. Covers a CRM agency account and its sub-accounts.

Licenses are validated only during the initial install through the GoHighLevel Marketplace. You may stack additional single licenses, add an agency license alongside existing singles, or upgrade singles to an agency license. When upgrading, you choose which existing single licenses to replace or keep.

Each license key is a single-use secret. Keep it private. We store license keys using hashed and encrypted forms and never display the full key without re-verification of your session.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD through our payment processor. Pricing is published on our website. When you start checkout, you are redirected to our processor’s secure checkout to enter payment details. We never collect or store card numbers in our own interface.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled.
• You can manage your payment method, view invoices, and cancel at any time through the processor’s billing portal, linked from your account dashboard.
• When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Access and license validity end when that period closes, unless you are in a scheduled upgrade transition.
• Upgrading a single license to an agency license may schedule a short transition window so your existing single license remains valid until the agency license is installed.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a billing error occurs, contact support and we will work to resolve it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial email.
• Attempt to access another customer’s data, license keys, or account.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the Service or license keys.
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or your CRM provider’s terms.
• Resell or transfer a license key without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or are creating risk for us, other customers, or third parties.

InboxIQ reads data from your connected CRM and sending provider to produce deliverability and engagement analytics. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to connect those accounts and process that data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that email will reach the inbox, that deliverability metrics will be error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunnelTechie’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

We may update the Service, pricing, or these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue part or all of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including billing, liability, and ownership) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FunnelTechie operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For questions about these Terms or your account, email support@myinboxiq.com.
